RecordEASE Web is a tool for research and retrieval of land record documents. With RecordEASE Web you can search for land record documents, and if the document is available on our system, you can view and print the document image from your own computer.

RecordEASE Search Tips:
- In the search results screen clicking on the (+) symbol will drop down all that documents information. You can view images of related documents and certificates from this screen as well.
- On the search screen there is a document group field where you can limit your search to a specific type of document.
- You can search by book and page or document number.
- The % symbol can be used as a wildcard.
- Unplatted legal searches: Enter Section/Township/Range. You can enter down to the QQQ but not documents have been indexed to any Quarter.
- When searching for an outlot enter the letter/number in the lots field. DO NOT USE the Outlot/Tract/Other field.
- Name searching tips:
- Estates and Trusts should be searched both as an entity with last name, first name and the word trust or estate and also as an individual using the name fields
- Names with an apostrophe or hyphen should be searched as an entity starting with the last name and also as an individual using the name fields
- Banks, cities, state agencies, will be searched as entities.
